As CTO, my role has evolved with the growth of the company. Initially, I was the only member of the tech department, building everything from scratch: from laying the architectural foundation, to creating the first matching algorithm, to writing the code of Taledo’s core.
In the process of scaling the company from 0 to 70 team members, my responsibilities shifted towards people and strategy. As a leader, I create a no-blame-no-shame culture where everyone supports each other and is driven towards a common goal. I believe in true team work through empowered individuals, open and pro-active communication as well as continuous personal growth.
